Users & mailboxes

Create hosted mailboxes, then assign one or more users to each mailbox. Users see assigned mailboxes under All accounts in webmail.

Shared access

Grant an ATW One user access to a mailbox. They sign in with their own account and see every mailbox they are assigned.
